The mixed milk is heat treated approximately 72°C for at least 15 second.

Filtering the materialism jute bags by washing in lukewarm water. And adding salt and lime juice to solidify the materials.

Dehydrating the materials for about 5-6 hours until the moisture value becomes down to 9.97 %
